With my guidance, you’ll prepare to receive the gentle flow of Reiki energy, which promotes relaxation, balance, and clarity. Personalized Healing: We’ll begin with a brief discussion to explore your current state and intentions. From there, I’ll guide you into a deeply relaxed state, allowing Reiki energy to clear, restore, and realign your energetic system. Cancellation Policy
1. Payment and Booking Policy Full Payment Required: All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and confirms your commitment. We accept [insert payment methods]. Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received. Booking Form: After payment, a booking form will be emailed to you. It is your responsibility to complete this form in full before the session can go ahead, please do so at least 24hrs before your appointment. If the form is not submitted in time, the session may be delayed or rescheduled. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy We aim to be flexible, but to respect all clients, we adhere to the following policies: Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment with no additional charge. Please contact us via [insert preferred contact method]. Rescheduled sessions must be confirmed within 24 hours of the original appointment. Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur the full session fee. We ask that you only cancel when absolutely necessary, as our time and energy are exclusively reserved for you. Gift a Session: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you may gift the session to a friend or loved one. The recipient must be able to attend the original appointment time or another mutually agreed time. Session transfers are only available within the 24-hour cancellation window. No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged, and no rescheduling or refund will be offered. Your time slot is reserved solely for you, and no-shows cannot be accommodated. 3. Refunds Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be issued for sessions that have been booked and paid for. This includes cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, no-shows, and any circumstances where you are unable to attend the session, such as personal reasons or technical issues. Client Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining open communication about any health, physical, or emotional conditions that might affect your session. If you are under medical care, pregnant, or have specific conditions that could impact your healing journey, please inform us before booking or before your session so that we can adjust the session to your needs.
