1. Where are the sessions held?
In-person sessions take place at inspireHER, 18 Buxton Road, Hazel Grove, Stockport, SK7 6AD, a welcoming, supportive space designed for your relaxation and healing. There is free parking available directly outside for your convenience.
I also offer client home calls or sessions at locations of your choosing, by arrangement. If you’d like to discuss this option, please email me to discuss in more detail.

2. What about online sessions?
For online sessions, you’ll receive a Zoom link with full details on how to join and what to expect. I’ll guide you through every step, including how to prepare your space for a comfortable and nurturing experience.

3. What should I wear to my sessions?
Wear whatever feels comfortable and allows you to relax fully. Loose, breathable clothing is ideal, and layering can help you adjust to temperature changes during the session. Don’t worry about staying warm though, heated blankets, pillows, and extra support are always provided for your comfort.
For Aroma Touch Technique sessions, we introduces oils to the back, hands, and feet, so wearing something that makes those areas easy to access is helpful. This is the only session that requires gentle, graded exposure, but your comfort and privacy are always respected and you remain in control throughout the session.

4. Do I need to believe in energy healing for it to work?
You don’t need to believe in energy healing for it to work. It’s completely okay if you’re unsure, still exploring, or simply don’t know enough about it yet to feel like you “believe.” These practices work with universal energies and your body’s natural ability to heal, supporting you regardless of your beliefs. Openness can enhance your experience, but the healing happens whether or not you consciously “believe” in it.

5. What can I expect during a session?
Expect to feel relaxed and supported. Sensations might include warmth, tingling, emotional release, or calmness. Some people notice subtle shifts, while others experience more obvious changes. Rest assured, all responses are valid.

6. Are these sessions safe?
Yes. All sessions are gentle and non-invasive, designed to complement any existing medical care. They work in harmony with your body’s healing mechanisms. They are not a substitute for medical care.

7. How long are the sessions?
Most sessions last about one hour, including time for discussion and reflection. Express reiki treatments lasts 30 minutes and Restorative Reiki Bliss, 75 minutes.

Yes! Energy healing can be effectively delivered online, allowing you to receive healing and guidance from your own comfortable space.

Absolutely. I offer a free, no-obligation call so you can ask questions, share your intentions, and discuss how sessions can be tailored to your unique needs. Each session also includes time to personalise your healing experience.

10. What if I fall asleep during a session?
Sleeping during a session is very common and a sign of deep relaxation. Healing continues whether you’re awake or resting.

11. How many sessions will I need?
Healing is individual. Some benefit from a single session, others prefer ongoing support. We will tailor a plan to your unique desires and needs.

13. What should I do before and after a session?
Before your session, please avoid consuming alcohol for at least 48 hours to ensure your energy is clear and receptive. After your session, it’s important to drink plenty of water, rest if needed, and practice grounding, such as walking barefoot on natural surfaces or gentle stretching. Journaling your experience can also be helpful to integrate shifts.

14. What if I don’t feel anything during or after a session?
It’s normal for effects to be subtle or gradual. Healing energy works on subtle levels and often unfolds over time. Trust the process and give yourself space to receive.​

I exclusively use the highest quality CPTG® (Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade) doTERRA oils, which are rigorously tested to ensure purity and potency. I am committed to using only the best oils to safely complement your healing experience.
