While I keep my medical and energy healing practices distinct, this background infuses my sessions with a grounded, compassionate, and professional approach.

• Accredited Crystal Healer: I hold a distinction-level qualification in Crystal Healing from the highly regarded program led by Gemma Petherbridge, an expert in the field. This training has given me in-depth knowledge of crystal properties, vibrational healing, energy systems, and advanced techniques for clearing energetic blockages.

• Reiki Practitioner (Usui, Crystal, Quantum, and soon Aroma and Angel Reiki): I am attuned to multiple Reiki modalities, combining universal life force energy with the vibrational power of crystals, essential oils, and subtle energies for a multi-dimensional healing experience.

My training includes a doTERRA Essential Oils Specialist Certification and an Essential Oil Safety Certification, ensuring a safe and effective experience.

• Diploma in Yoga Teaching: I am a certified yoga teacher through Yogacampus, one of the UK's most respected and long-standing yoga education providers. This 16-month, 200-hour diploma is renowned for its non-dogmatic and authentic approach to yoga teacher training, offering a comprehensive education in yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology. I have completed countless hours of further training and continuing professional development (CPD), with a particular focus on Restorative Yoga. This specialisation allows me to create deeply nurturing, replenishing experiences that support balance, stress reduction, and deep relaxation.
