Cozy up in a comfy spot in your home as you create sacred space to share our April edition of Soulful Centring; honouring the month of healing and wellness.

We'll open the space, connecting together as we discuss the natural, seasonal, and astrological influences for April and how we can use them to align our intentions, actions, and energy practices. We'll then ease into a gentle seasonal movement practice followed by group discussion of the crystals we're working with, including our recommendations for April.

They'll be space holding for healing and connection and time for ritual.
